I use loads of different software bro, but for most stuff i use getpaint.net and serifs software drawplusx3, getpaint.net is free but drawplusx3 is paid for.
but serif have free software aswell.
link.. http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/ have a look at the funky art one.. drawplus. its the basic program but it works fine for grafix stuff.
I use more than one program just to make one picture, but i usually end up finishing it off with getpaint.net i got the free add-ons to go with that program from boltbait.. http://www.boltbait.com/pdn/ getpaint is.. http://www.getpaint.net/

click on flash icon[18 button at up] and write the dimensions of the flash there and keep the link below and then post.And i created another gif for my cousin my signatures....... 2rc5rvr
